Casa Alta is a luxurious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom private beach villa with a 1 bedroom casita located right on one of the most spectacular Caribbean white sand beaches in the world. This villa sleeps 10 people (5 couples) comfortably and all of the bedrooms have a/c. In addition to the villa there is a brand new palapa on the property that sleeps 4 more people to bring the total accommodation for 14 people. If extra accommodation is needed this palapa is available for an extra $300US per night. Casa chic is ideal for families, friends or just an intimate romantic getaway. Perfect for entertaining. Casa Alta is situated in the cool palms right next to the Sian Ka'an Biosphere which is a protected 1.3 million acre reserve protected by UNESCO where you can hire a boat and cruise through the lagoon and mangroves.

This villa was built palapa style in keeping with the Mayan theme. Casa Alta has a beach-like jungle feel and it has a divine ambiance day or night. A private chef is included in the price (groceries not included and limited to a maximum of 10 people). Any more than that will be an additional charge and parties or gatherings of any kind over 15 people are not allowed at casa chic and no loud music after 11pm.

Stroll along the beach to one of the trendy beach bars or experience the divine ambience and fabulous cuisine of many tulum style restaurants along the beach road.

There are lots of restaurants where you can still have your feet in the sand in tulum. This is a very peaceful secluded beach at night however if you want action just go down the beach and take in some live salsa or hip ambiance and live dj action. Tulum is an eco chic environment with many yoga and wellness facilities and upscale spa treatments. The town of Tulum is only a 10 minute drive away. Tulum has a vast variety of different cuisines and night life but is still a very authentic Mexican town. There are several 1st class golf courses nearby and plenty of excursions for family outings. Go fly fishing in the lagoon, birdwatching or go for a boat ride and just take in the wonder of it all. Take a drive to Punta Allen, a sleepy little Mexican fishing village at the end of the reserve and take in a fresh lobster meal. The Tulum ruins are close by and chichenitza and coba ruins are within driving distance as well.

The fresh water cenotes are a must see! Once a year the giant turtles lay their eggs right on the beach in front of Casa Alta. Having traveled the globe extensively we have never in our lives come across a beach so breathtaking. This truly is a magical place!
