Each of the 5 bedrooms features its own large en suite bath with an oversized open shower. Additionally, all bedrooms have King beds, AC, secure entry, and a private balcony/terrace with a direct ocean view.--there are no "bad " rooms!

The are many large common areas on the first floor, beachside, and rooftop providing a relaxed, inviting atmosphere conducive to both intimate conversations and mingling with other friends and family.

The Villa is consistent with the theme of casual, vacation luxury--Tulum style. Each room features locally made luxury bath products, high thread count linens, and pillow top mattresses, all set against the cool, sleek polished concrete, stone and wood finishes. Villa Catalina features solar power and a backup generator to meet the needs of any guest 24/7.

The commercial-grade kitchen is designed for staff to provide meals or for use by guests. Our massive dining table easily accommodates 14 guests and is positioned in front of a wall of sliding glass, opening directly to the Caribbean.

The Villa features its own beachside swimming pool which is partially shaded to afford those seeking safety from the sun a perfect experience as well. Our spectacular rooftop entertainment area features a bar and shimmer pool, with unparalleled views. Other amenities include beach beds, palapas, an outdoor shower, large open gathering areas, outdoor covered patios and decks, alfresco dining areas, internet access, all within a private, secure, walled property.

Full-time staff provides service and daily housekeeping. We offer a private concierge who will assist with transportation, reservations, excursions, or in-house services like yoga and massages, mezcal tastings, and much more.

Private rental of the entire Villa. There will be no other guests on-site.

Casa Catalina (along with Tulum Beach Road) is Off The Grid! We do our best to sustain our energy needs thru solar and wind power. Bedroom AC (which requires generator use) is limited to 8 pm-8 am. Additional hours are available for an additional energy surcharge.
