Casa Terra is a spacious 650 square feet. High ceilings and artistic accents give it a lofty and generous feel. The bright interior space is well-designed to capture the natural beauty of the area. Casa Terra feels soft and sensual with curved walls an authentic palapa roof and exposed post and beam materials.

The living space is open. Your king-size bed sits in the middle of the home. The seating area and kitchen are at the front of the house with glass doors that open towards the sea. There is a private washroom, a shower, generous closet, a vanity, and a dressing area.

A fridge, gas stove, and sink give you the convenience of a kitchen during your stay. The wall of glass doors fully opens to let the sea breeze flow and give you a wonderful connection to the outdoors. There is an intimate patio protected by luscious plants to view the sunrise or sunset in complete privacy.

At Casa Terra you are immersed in the tropical beauty that surrounds you and embraced by the sound of the sea.

Casa Terra is located at the very front of our Mahayana Tulum beachfront property, closest to the sea. Located in the heart of the Tulum Beach area beside the Sanara Yoga studio and a short walk to Arca, Hartwood, and Gitano restaurants.

Private shade palapas, loungers, and day beds by the sea come with your home, as well as the use of boogie boards, stand-up paddle boards, and sea kayaks.

A stunning seaside pool on the property is available for you to use and a cute Taco + Bar serves food and drinks a la carte for property guests only.
