The Property -

This Villa consists of a 3-bedroom house and three colourful traditional Casitas, each with their own double bed and bathroom, all set within a private, walled exotic garden with various outdoor areas for gathering, eating, working or relaxing.

Inside the 3 bedroom villa

On the upper floor, there is the Master Bedroom with full ensuite; bathtub, shower, twin basins and separate W.C. Note, this bedroom is significantly bigger than any of the other bedrooms.

Ground Floor, there are two further double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 hob cooker and oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and aesthetically pretty dining ware.

Each of the three casitas has a double bed and private ensuite bathroom.

Outside -

There are several seating areas around the property outside.

From the 1st floor terrace (and master bedroom) the views stretch over the jungle mangrove and, for me, the perfect spot for sundown drinks before going out to dinner.

We have a lovely round outdoor dining Palapa next to the kitchen which serves as the main place for everyone to congregate for breakfast and share meals together with a large dining table and ample shade.

This area is also a well-shaded place to use as a workspace during the day if you need to get a few emails out before hitting the beach. We have wifi.

The gazebo in the garden also provides more shade with benches and a table.

The gorgeous new swimming pool is set at the end of the garden next to then dining palapa and main house. (Professional Photos to follow soon but can send on request.)
