This stunning villa sits in front of the ocean with private access to a beautiful beach with natural pools.

The villa itself boasts 3 floors with a total of 7 bedrooms ensuite. On the 3rd floor there are 3 bedrooms with terraces and breathtaking views. On the 1st and 2nd floors there are the other 4 bedrooms.

The spacious living room and dining room face the sea and the long swimming pool, which extends into the interior giving a unique touch. Daily cleaning is included.

The space

The house can sleep comfortably up to 20-22 people (there are, in total, 10 double beds, of which are 4 king size beds and 6 queen size beds).

The beach in front is a mix of sand and rocks. Some of the rocks create a lovely natural pool which is a great hang out place in the water.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SPACE / ROOMS:

The house is on 3 floors:

- first/ground floor (street/parking)

- second floor

- third floor

Upon arrival to the house, you will see stairs that connect to the second floor, where the main entrance is.

On the SECOND floor there is:

- The main entrance, living room, kitchen, dining room, pool, garden.

- One room with 2 queen size beds.

On the THIRD floor there are 3 rooms:

- The master bedroom with 1 king size bed and front ocean view.

- One room with 1 king size bed and front ocean view.

- One room with 2 queen size beds and view to the jungle and the ocean.

On the GROUND floor there are 3 rooms:

- One room with 1 king size bed.

- One room with 1 king size bed.

- One room with 2 queen size beds.

All rooms have bathrooms ensuite, as well as the guest bathroom on the 2nd floor.

Guest access

The guests have access to all spaces of the house, the garden and the beach.

Other things to note

For an extra fee guests can hire the professional chef (chef's fee depends on number of guests and menu choice).

A car with driver is also available for extra fee.

Renting a car (or a van for big groups) is highly recommended.

There is AC in all rooms but not in the living area because it’s open (swimming pool going from inside to outside).

Bathe in water free of bacteria, viruses and microorganisms and discover how good it feels to swim in 100% pure water, without damaging our skin or our eyes. We guarantee the health of all our guests.

Sea salt is added to the pool and with a catalyst it converts it into natural chlorine using exactly what it needs to be well through a special system.

It is important that all guests remove their suntan lotion and sunscreen in the shower, located outside, before entering the water to maintain the proper functioning of our ecological pool.
